PARAGRAPH A

Warranty Subject to the limitations described in paragraph B below, Higher Acquisitions LLC warrants this watch (except the power cell, case and its components [including crystal, stem, crown], brackets, and its components [including clasp, links, pins, screws], strap and its components or any accessories) to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specification in the instructions for a period of 2 years for all “unworn condition” watches unless it is sold as a used watch, and in that case, you will receive a 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase.

You CAN NOT expect and WILL NOT receive the factory warranty on any watches. We are the sole warrantor of ALL Brands sold by us.

We encourage you to contact us if you have a question. If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, Higher Acquisitions LLC will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair, or replace the movement, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period.

All transportation costs (including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials) incurred in presenting or sending the watch to Higher Acquisitions LLC are the responsibility of the party presenting or sending the timepiece for service. If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt. As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the Warranty Certificate with all the case and serial numbers as well as the date of purchase filled in, must accompany the watch when presented for warranty service. Any photocopies or original warranty certificates that appear to have been altered will not be honored.

PARAGRAPH B

Limitations of Warranty – This Warranty does not cover carelessness, misuse, abuse, lost or stolen items, damage caused by fire, pressure or natural disaster. This Warranty does not cover any water damage — including crystal fogginess, movement damage, dial or bezel damage, seals, gaskets, liquid penetration and any issues pertaining to water. This Warranty does not replace the original manufacturer’s warranty if applied. The crystal and bracelet are not covered.

VINTAGE* movement parts are not covered, as these parts can begin to fail over time due to age, and regardless of any overhauls or cleaning that is performed. Furthermore, the Warranty becomes void if the watch is modified, altered, serviced or opened by ANYONE other than our technicians.

*For purposes of this Warranty a “vintage” watch is considered to be any watch that was manufactured using a plastic crystal regardless of whether or not the watch had a “conversion” sapphire crystal installed. Plastic crystals were used on some watch brands featuring a “date” until 1991. Water Resistance – While we replace gaskets and seals and pressure test all watches, we cannot guarantee ANY watch against water damage. For any watches to be water-resistant, the crown MUST be screwed down before submerging the watch in water. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the water resistance of ANY watch that features an aftermarket bezel. Aftermarket “conversion crystal” (i.e. plastic to sapphire) are not made by any watch brands and are often not water-resistant.

Higher Acquisitions LLC does not guarantee them. And lastly, unlike MODERN watches, VINTAGE* timepieces, due to their age, may not be “capable” of maintaining water resistance, due to the age of the parts and/or corrosion of metal. Thus, the customer should never submerge them, as we will not guarantee them.

This Warranty can only be used at our Higher Acquisitions LLC location & this warranty is non transferable. Higher Acquisitions LLC will pay for the return of the watch to the buyer only in the USA.
